Vale of York Clinical Commissioning GroupWho We Are and What We Do The Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group (Vale of York CCG), as part of the GP Consortia Pathfinder programme has been developed to lead the way in implementing these changes to the NHS. We are a group of GP’s and Practice Managers from 35 Practices in the Vale of York area who are working together to improve quality and delivery of services for our patients and to reduce health inequalities. A Transition Team has been established and will be responsible for developing the work through this transition period. This website will keep you informed of developments as our work programmes develop. The aim is to have a website that communicates and engages effectively and one that is used and valued by all visitors. Public and Patient Engagement One of the core values for Vale of York CCG is public and patient engagement. A Public and Patient Working Group was created to develop a strategy. The draft strategy is now available for comment. This strategy is a living document which will develop as Vale of York CCG develops and will be reviewed annually. We would therefore greatly appreciate your views and comments. Public and Patient Congress Our first public and patient congress was held on 7 February 2012 in York. Click to find out more information about the congress and feedback from the event. Further Information If you require any further information please contact:
