The National Sexual Health and HIV strategy states that 'Our sexual health
affects our physical and psychological wellbeing and is central to some of the
most important and lasting relationships in our lives. It follows that
protecting, supporting and restoring sexual health is important.' (National
Strategy for sexual health and HIV, DH 2001.) Keep sex safe and fun by
protecting yourself and your sexual partners with a condom. Whether he uses it,
or she uses it, condoms can protect you against many STIs including HIV, and
help prevent unintended pregnancy. (Condom Essential Wear)
