Children’s Services Review - Concluding the 0-19 Universal Services Review

Review of children’s servicesNHS North Yorkshire and York has reviewed children’s services across North Yorkshire and York. This included services referred to as Health Visiting and School Nursing. 

The aim of this review was to establish a detailed service specification for the 0-19 universal services in North Yorkshire and York taking into account national policy and in particular the Healthy Child Programmes.

The interfaces between 0-19 universal services and other service provision (e.g. maternity services) were recognised but were not within the overall scope of the review. 

The 0-19 universal service review has now formally concluded and further information can be found below.
