HealthierLives 2010-2015

I am delighted to present our new 5 year strategic plan HealthierLives 2010-2015. 

Thanks to the contributions from staff, clinicians, partners and the public we have a strong plan that will guide our work over the next 5 years. HealthierLives has been developed taking into account the health needs of our population, best practice and with a real focus on improving services and outcomes for the people of North Yorkshire and York. Our vision is to support the people of North Yorkshire and York (NYY) to live long and healthy lives.
